 Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality instruction to students in K-12 school settings
• Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum

• Adhering to school policies and procedures Requirements: To be eligible for the Teach America

Program, teachers must meet the following requirements set by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS):

• Teaching License: All applicants must possess a valid teaching license or certification from their home country or an equivalent authorization that allows them to teach in a K-12 school setting.
• Minimum Master’s Degree: All applicants must hold a minimum of a Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Teaching Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a public or private school.
• Current Employment: Applicants must be currently employed as teachers in a public or private school setting.
• Professional References: Candidates must provide at least 3 professional references who can speak to their teaching abilities and character.
• Background Check:

All selected candidates will be subject to a comprehensive background check, including verification of educational credentials and criminal history.
