Job Summary:
Assist with overseeing the day-to-day operations of varied service teams for Life Safety, Fire Protection and Suppression Systems, and other Low Voltage Systems such as Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Network Services, Access Control, and Alarm Systems. The position requires effective leadership and project management skills along with solid customer relationship abilities and field supervisory experience.

Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the planning, scheduling, and coordinating the fieldwork between clients and technicians (coordinating service work according to priority and maintaining an orderly flow of work)
• Ensuring all posts are adequately staffed according to schedule providing on-site supervision over technicians when necessary and on high-priority jobs/projects
• Oversees and controls the workload of service technicians whilst acting in the capacity of technician where required
• Oversees the Nassau technician team, reporting any feedback and/or matters of concern to the Operations Director and/or Project Manager
• Conducting assessments which include estimates of cost and recommendations for preventative maintenance to customers where required and reporting recommendations to the Operations Director
• Ensures coordination of parts and inventory with the procurement department for projects.
• Prepares project schedule for each project for tracking and execution.
• Estimates the time and material costs required for projected jobs.
• Ensures that both PM and repair work orders scheduled are completed and closed out in a timely manner.
• Well-versed in service installation
• Assist with the administration of all client contracts.
• Handles customer complaint problems pertaining to service and repair work.
• Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep a customer base
• Performs other duties assigned by management that fall within the generally expected scope of this position and capability.

Required Skills:
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a service lead position
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, with good listening skills and follow through on assignments
• Must understand the principles of world-class customer service to implement and train technicians for use in the field.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Life Safety low voltage
• Ability to work under fire; handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner

Qualifications:
• Associates Degree in a service-related field
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of Life Safety, Fire Protection, and Suppression Systems, and Low Voltage equipment, design, and installations.
• Proven track record in customer service, effective marketing strategies, and employee management
